MetricOS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

MetricOS is an analytics platform that centralizes metrics from different marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, among others) into a single dashboard. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect our users' information.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and password (stored encrypted).
  • Integration data: OAuth access tokens for the connected platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). These tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to retrieve your metrics.
  • Usage data: access logs, pages visited, and actions performed within the platform, for security and service improvement purposes.
  • Session cookies: used by Supabase to keep your session authenticated.

3. How we use your data

  • Authenticate and keep your session active on the platform.
  • Retrieve and display metrics from the platforms you have connected.
  • Send notifications related to your account (e.g., integration alerts).
  • Improve the stability and experience of the product.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Storage and security

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted on secure infrastructure). Integration tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all communications. Access to data is restricted to authorized users and audited internally.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account remains active. When you request account deletion, your personal data and integration tokens will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Third-party integrations

When you connect platforms such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn, you authorize MetricOS to access data from those platforms on your behalf, within the permission scopes you grant. You can revoke this access at any time in your account settings or directly on the platforms.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request the deletion of your account and data.
  • Revoke third-party integrations at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through a notice within the platform. Continued use of MetricOS after the changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
